As Director of Operations at Skylight Recovery Center, Randee brings a strong background in clinical leadership, social work, and substance use treatment. She holds a Master of Social Work and is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor. Overseeing all operational aspects of the facility, Randee is responsible for ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and team development. With extensive experience in trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment, she is passionate about creating systems that support client healing, staff growth, and continuous improvement across services.
